No.1572/1994 SRO, Periamet pertains to 15.4508% undivided share of land in 2Grounds 1650sq.ft. comprised in R.S.No.449/46 in block 26 situated in Egmore village, No.12, Club Road, Chetput, Chennai-31 with flat No.5 in second floor Apartment in the name of Bhavana A. Metha and Dr. Ashwin I.Metha and the same is not traceable till date. If anyone has said original deeds or claims, rights and interest in the said property or said document, be informed under mentioned address within 15 days from today failing which the claims or objections if any would not be entertained and also the said property is treated as free from encumbrance or whatsoever.
